Core Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative
- Assist on follow-up projects and ensure team members are well-prepared for meetings
- Take effective minutes and organise thoughts in a clear and concise manners
- Organise agenda and attendance for meetings and prepare minutes for follow-up actions
- Work closely with stakeholders and other business units on their operational requirements
- Suggest ways to improve efficiency and existing processes
Sales & Marketing
- Carry out background research and presenting findings
- Prepare reports, documents and presentations for meetings
- Monitor / Follow up on work-in-progress, projects etc
- Assist on online enquires and quotations
- Any other special projects assigned
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
- Degree in Marketing or Business Management
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Good communication with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Possess quick-thinking in a fast-paced environment & be resourceful
- Be meticulous and able to work independently within tight timelines and with minimal supervision
- Take initiative to get the desired outcomes in cooperation with other teams
