General
- Deliveries can only be made to Singapore addresses.
- All shipment timeline is described in product page. Each product shipment timeline is different. Please check product page for more information.
- Once your order shipment arrives at our warehouse facility, we aim to deliver the order in 7 days (Note: orders are expected to delay due to Covid-19 circuit breaker measures)
Types of delivery
- Self Pick-up
- The pick-up address is Vanguard Campus, 1 Kallang Junction #01-02, Singapore 339263.)
- Drop and go delivery
- White glove delivery with installation, assembly and disposal of packaging are chargeable at additional $250.
Change in delivery arrangement
Customer must notify Vanguard Interiors at least 2 working days in advance in the event of any desire to change delivery date/time.
Inspection of Goods
Any claim(s) of short deliver and/or damaged goods must be made in writing within 2 days from delivery date.
